Part Time Administrator
We are recruiting a Part Time Administrator for our Wolverhampton based client.
Hours are 9.00am - 2.00pm Monday to Friday.
Working in a small team you will have excellent administration skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
Duties will include -
Answering telephone, dealing with queries and requests
Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
Sales admin support
Preparing packs for conferences and training
Updating databases accurately
Arranging meetings and preparing / tidying meeting rooms
You will have a confident manner and be able to work on your own initiative.
Candidates must drive and have access to their own car.
